Which universities for Computer Science still use non-meme texts like SICP? (MIT switched to Python but that's because the electrical engineers need it interface with the libraries control their robots)
All the universities that I knew of switched to Python. Bump for interest.

the normal one, called CS 61A is in phython
but you can take the special one called CS 61AS which is still in scheme, its also self paced and theres a few other differences

I think you can still choose SICP at MIT instead of the Python class if you've programmed before

If you live in Sweden, stockholm university uses SICP for the intro class

IIRC, the normal class also covers scheme along with python. You write a scheme interpreter in python as one of the projects.
