Because black ppl(the ORIGINAL humans) were evolved from the highly intelligent, strong, and noble tyrannosaurus rex which is related to birds. It was only later that white people, who evolved from chimps, came along and interbred(raped) and displaced them. They were/are violent because of how chimps are. You can look and see how chimps are pale under their fur, for proof.
