I'm doing a MSc in statistics at a top 5 school and had an offer to do a PhD in a computational field at another top 5 school that I was going to take up until I saw the state of academia. I have no internships or experience in any industry. There was around 10 rounds of interviews. The pay is $200,000 USD including bonus.
