Okay, guys. I am going to teach 4chan how to solve the 3^4 Rubik's hypercube using Magic Cube 4D. First, you must understand the basics which can be find here: http://superliminal.com/cube/solution/solution.htm
Might be tedious to read but just read enough to understand the basics and practice to get familiar with the hypercube.

I would also add you can change the colors of the cells by doing something like this:
>name a notepad file "facecolors" in the same place you keep the jar file and Magic Cube 4D stuff.
>copy paste this:
255,0,0 0,255,0 0,0,255 255,255,255 255,255,128 128,128,255 0,0,128 64,64,64
>save and do scramble to get your new colors

to do macros do:
>Ctrl + M
>click 3 reference stickers (will be use to perform macros/ algorithms); preferebly in the same cell. I click F1 F2 and F5 for all the macros.
>perform algorithm or commutator
>Ctrl + M
>name the algorithm
>click "write macro file as..." where it say "macros" next to the help bottom to save
>you can save multiple macros at once

It makes sense there are 8 cells and 16 vertices if you think about it. All I need is 12 algorithms without counting preliminary moves (do x then algorithm then x' and sometimes algorithm').

Get your blue 3D cross in the Top cell then rotate it to the Bottom cell.

For the sky blue cell you need preliminary moves so you don't mess the blue 3D cross. Example is F15R T15R T15R then F15L to put blue 2c piece back. To get last 2c sky blue piece (get it from F11 to T11 do F5L U15R F5R U15L).

Finish all 2c aka 2-color pieces. The algorithms that were useful here were:
Sune T11L Sune
U5L R5L OC R5R U5R
etc

Might be good to do opposite cells.
