Is there something more to the hydration campaign that I am missing? Is it related to E or is it just general hydration encompassing all parts of your life that is being promoted here on /s4s/? I remember last year there was usually a post here and there on s4s that said "stay hydrated bby" but i can't pinpoint anything else without poring through the archives for plebs.
Because of the campaign I have made a conscious effort to drink enough water lately and I have found that forcing yourself to drink a gallon or day a so "wakes up" your normal desire to drink water and you become more noticeable thirsty throughout the day.
Normally I would run around being busy until my pee turned the toilet water dark yellow. I actually started feeling weird at night and it got scary, friends. Please drink enough water even if you think you are OK, you need your pee clear when you are not drinking soda or alcohol (soda and alcohol are diuretics and will make your pee clear but do little top provide real hydration for your cells so be aware of this).
For myself I have found through research and personal experience that I get along best at a gallon and a half of clean filtered water with no fluoride in it. I weigh about 220. I also experiment with structured water like Pursanova which I have found to be very good.
So thank you, /s4s/ and however the Hydration Campaign started, it is important both ironically and unironically and i will continue to appreciate it in both contexts.

me, Le Ruse Bird and Le Radioman were discussing what our favorite sodas were on Nice Radio. I suggested we do push a water campaign and it got blown to h*ck and back.
But on the bright side, past the clouds of irony, there is a serious side to it. I have no doubt that broadcast is responsible for many pounds lost. Water is god tier, drink up.
