I grew up being taught that more guns, or the presence of guns, simply leads to more violence and is not the great deterrent many Americans seem to think. Though I try to be a moderate myself, I suppose I lean more towards the liberal side. I think guns are cool, but I also acknowledge that you should respect them.

To answer Astro's question, this was from a recent food festival where Ai went and toured around eating stuff. I know I've posted about his in some previous thread, where I encouraged everyone to go watch other shows featuring Ai.
Time shows 12:57; that's about 3 minutes before the show ended. That's the part where she and her co-host started thanking people for watching, plus she mentioned something about her upcoming debut under Sony Music Japan.
Too bad I didn't get a screencap of it, but her reactions while trying out each food is kinda funny and cute. haha
By the way, she's gonna be at Seoul Girls Collection Super Live in Korea. She'll be performing tomorrow, May 5. Can't find the official site for it anymore though. She said on Twitter she's leaving for Korea today (it's easy enough Japanese for me to understand haha)

Haha, sounds like the perfect event for her. I would watch these things if I had access to Japanese television and actually understood most of the language.
Anyway, it's nice to see her being invited to perform abroad. This is, I think, the second time she travels to Korea this year on professional business. First the Maxim shoot, now a musical performance.

I don't have access to Japanese TV either. The stuff I am able to watch are those streamed live online. That foodfest thing is one. She usually announces these shows on twitter.
I don't understand a lot of Nihongo but I'm currently self studying. Plus years of watching anime helps as I'm familiar with some basic vocab now.
And yes, she seems to have quite a following in Korea. I know she's a damn of Kpop, plus she does seem good at speaking Korean.
Plus that Lee Hongki thing too. I personally think it's mostly just so people would talk about her; the issue reached mainstream media at around the same time her first single was released. It's a common thing in entertainment industry all over the world, to stir up some noise for publicity when a celebrity has something to promote, like an album or a movie.

During that Maxim Korea shoot, there were a few guys who interviewed her. She didn't seem particularly proficient in Korean seeing as she relied heavily on a translator she had with her. I've seen her sing in Korean, but learning the language itself is something else.
But she does indeed seem very popular in Korea. Just look at how fast those magazines sold out.
