I think your physiology actually gets fucked from doing it too often. When I failed my first couple of nofap attempts, my cum had weird little bits of jelly in it. I Googled what the fuck was wrong with my cum and apparently if you go from ejaculating often, to not at all, your body takes a while to recognize it and protein clumps up in your balls.
