If guys stay the same then we'd just take advantage of all the pure innocent girls and because they're anime girls they're down to fucking do everything as long as it's the main character. But they're still basically chosen at random, either by just being "generic wimpy MC" or having some kind of special ancestry (depends on what show you're watching). It's still a crapshoot, and your even less likely to get laid in an anime universe than you are in the real one. At least here, you can theoretically get at least one girl with a lot of effort. But in anime, if you're not the MC or the MC's sidekick then you're screwed.

Maid-sama is a somewhat older Shoujo, male lead is literally Chad but the girl isn't having any of that.
