Seriously, I never ran into them in IRL before college, I like anime as much as the next guy, heck I've even worked on Japanese game phone projects.

But I have never taken it to the level that the weeaboos take it to,
>never wanted to screw an anime character
>I don't think Japan is the best place on other (don't get my wrong, I enjoy the art, media, culture, and other things; but I know there are better places)
>I have never wanted to cosplay characters
>I am not a loud screechy type

Just curious, where did these people come from?
They were non existent until 05 and I was horrified upon first meeting them.
What are your sentiments on weeaboos, and what were your first encounters with them?

kids who grew up watching anime in the 80s and 90s, the autistic ones took it further, learned Japanese, visited Japan and created a subculture from it

weeaboos are little angels that get exposed to the harshness of real life and turn to anime for comfort
