It was a terrible experience with their customer service and the amount of time wasted on the whole process. It was also shocking to me when I've never had issues with any of my Sony consoles previously. My PS2 even got knocked over a few times in the past and it worked perfectly even in 2012 and it was from the first batch of consoles. It could still be working to this day, but it was stolen with most of my other consoles and games then pff.
