My life is over.

I'm ugly. I'm weak. I'm creepy. I'm insane.

Society as a whole rejects me.
My parents disowned me.
Never had any friends, never will.
Women naturally repelled by me, children naturally scared by me.

I'm balding. I'm infertile. I'm anemic. I'm estimated to be dead by 40 like my grandfathers.

I'm a bad person because I was born.
I'm pathetic and I'm not right because I was too cowardly to know to end it before it got worse.

I always fail and I don't understand why.

There is no point to my existence.
I cannot agree to suffer for so many more decades. It will not get better.

For the rest of my life I'm alone. That's who I am and that's why I was born.
I don't deserve love because no one deserves love, not even family. If you think you deserve love you are a sick, awful person.
No one is entitled to love because it is earned, because it requires two sides to the equation and no one wants the love of a subhuman like me.

And why?
Because I stutter when I speak.
Because I look weird.
Because I'm interested in things like arthouse films, like philosophy, like politics. No one wants to hear my redundant rabble about them. No one cares, never did.
Because I'm unattractive. Because I have a pig nose. Because I have an asymmetrical face. Because I wore glasses. Because I have droopy eyes. Because I have too much fucking fat on my fucking god damned cheeks.

I should have been fucking mercy killed in the womb. My parents wanted to take me for a 20 year test drive guess what though turns out I'm not such a great human model but you can't exactly return me to the shop so just shove me in a corner in some god forsaken place and pretended you only had one son the whole time that way the disappoint vaguely goes away and you cant pretend like it's not your fault.

There is no reason for this charade anymore other than my failures which get increasingly humorous as each day goes by and I find a new way to fuck it up.

I'm done.

Fuck, I feel for you mate.

Just know that despite what you say, I care for you. I care for anyone who suffers. Also, it might not seem like it right now, but in the grand scheme of things, you really matter.

What you say about love is wrong. Everyone deserves love, just not everyone gets it. But the important thing to understand is that you don't get love if you can't at least love yourself a little first. The reason is that when you hate yourself, you push received love away. Similarly, when you're sad, you push happy people away.

You need to work on your mind, for that's truly where happiness is found. Not to say that everything you've experienced isn't real, it sure is, but you can change the way you perceive the world just by reading mind-opening non-fiction books for example. Reality is a mirror of yourself.

I'm happier than ever, even though I pretty much have no friends and no gf and never socialise. Yet in the past, I've had all of those.

Hey OP. Life is pretty fucking terrible. Life is lonely and harsh and you have no idea why you get out of bed every morning. But you do, you just wish you would die in your sleep one night and that the terrible nightmare of existence would finally come to an end. But surely enough you wake up again the next morning and you're too scared to kill yourself, so your only hope is to randomly die in your sleep. It's fucking awful.

At any given time you can become tormented by random, intrusive suicide thoughts, and suddenly any ounce of contentment within your being has been squeezed out like a lemon thrown into a trash compactor.

You become the embodiment of misery, and you're so deep in the pit that you begin to suspect that this must be how reality is for everybody. It's like you're a prisoner in Plato's cave, and the sun is happiness. No matter how well someone describes it to you, you just can't believe that it exists. You just know in your heart that the world is a cold, hostile place where the concept of joy is merely an illusion. A mask people wear to hide their torment and suffering.

Depression has been the most integral part of your existence for so long that you begin to suspect that everybody, every single person must be secretly depressed. Even if it's a secret that they are keeping from themselves. So you keep on hoping every night as you lie down in bed that you won't wake up. But you do, you always do. And you know deep down inside that there is only one way off of this ride. It's just up to you to have the balls to push the off switch.
>>
>>27928050
As I said to OP, reality is a mirror of yourself. You non-stop project your thoughts and emotions onto the world.

>A mask people wear to hide their torment and suffering

I related to that, but I recently realised that happiness/joy is just as real as torment/suffering. They're both real experiences. It's just whichever you focus on and/or are exposed to the most is what seems most real for you. Why should one dominate the other?
>>
>>27928152
This may seem obvious to you but it came as a real fucking epiphany to me a few days ago that if there is true misery in this world then true happiness is real too instead of the impossible dream I thought it was, same goes for hatred and love.

I mean, Jesus, you have people out there butchering other people who have done them no wrong because they don't follow all or certain parts of their religion.
You have a husband murdering his wife because she cheated on him then killing himself.
You have people who dedicate their entire lives to revenge.
If that sort of hatred can exist in this world, why should love be considered a fantasy? That line of thinking supposes that man is born evil, even though man is born without morals and is as pure as he will ever be.
Besides, if you feel you're loved and you love then there is no one alive that can disprove you and tell you that love doesn't exist. It's just that some people feel the meaning of life is just that, to love and to be loved and because of so many circumstances that condition cannot be fulfilled, leading to this meaningless life.
>>
>>27928296
I would say man is born WITH morals. I mean, you don't see babies punching cats/dogs and other animals, they fucking play with them and love them. The disconnect from love comes through the ego, and we're certainly not born with egos.

I'd also say the meaning of life is indeed love and I agree with you that the lack of "achieving" love can be a great cause of existentialism and depression. But the way most people approach love is that it's a thing to get. It isn't. It's already there, always; we simply build up barriers against it with the ego. Once you begin to remove layers of your ego you'll see it more and more, effortlessly, and will strive more and more to remove the layers so you can get back to it. But love isn't something you do, it's something that happens, CAN happen, if you let it.

The world is full of people like us, OP. Neither of us is unique. The difference between you and me is that instead of moping around and feeling sorry for myself, I decided I wasn't going to let all my failings stop me. No matter how many times I've been punched to the mat, I've gotten right back up again and kept swinging. I've accomplished some pretty impressive things despite being poor, fat, ugly, lonely, and in poor health.

Stop fucking whining about how bad your life is. You don't get to exchange it for another one, so you pay as well take what you've been given and see what you can make of it. I've found that being a loser freed me from having to worry about consequences or what anyone thinks of me. I've doggedly pursued my goals and done some pretty amazing things. I'm not well-liked, but I am well-respected in my field, enough so that there's a Wikipedia article about me.

I'm forty-eight now, OP, and while my health is starting to fail, I'm still pushing hard and making things happen in the world.

"Don't think of retiring from the world until the world will be sorry that you retire. I hate a fellow whom pride or cowardice or laziness drives into a corner, and who does nothing when he is there but sit and growl. Let him come out as I do, and bark." -- Samuel Johnson

>cure your diseases and ailments
I've been diabetic for about 20 years, and it's starting to catch up to me. I have painful, chronic neuropathy in my hands and feet, and I'm on the last line of medication available before I'll have to start using insulin as my pancreas burns out. I also have Renaud's sign, which causes my hands and feet to feel like they're receiving non-stop electric shocks in the cold. I'm also going blind from a very rare form of glaucoma called pigmentary dispersion syndrome, which isn't even related to my diabetes, but rather is the result of malformed eyes. It wasn't noticed until it had already caused substantial nerve damage; I have 200:20 vision, which means I see at 20 feet what most people see at 200 feet.

In addition to this, I've lived with severe and untreatable clinical depression all my life, often lasting for months at a time. It doesn't respond to either drugs or therapy, so I've had to learn to simply live with it.

On top of this, I have acute eczema on my scalp, face, ears, elbows, hands, and feet. And I also have an irritable bowel, though not so often that it qualifies as IBS... yet.

So no, taking vinegar enemas or drinking wheatgrass or whatever "miracle cure" you're going to recommend is not going to help me.
>>
>>27928633
I know for a fact that most if not all of those can be treated and reversed. Fuck, I have tons of diseases myself at only 25 but I don't give a fuck because I'm reversing the diseases now.

I take it you don't read many non-fiction books, because from the way you talk you're pretty close-minded like most people.

I had IBS too, now it's essentially gone. Unless you're genetically-predispositioned, pretty much every disease and ailment is both avoidable and curable, and at worst reduced to the state that there's almost none, if not no symptoms. Otherwise they're caused entirely by environmental synthetic toxicity combined with nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, and subsequently a weak bodily detoxification system.

I'll continue if your mind has opened at all yet.

1) Why is the cancer rate 1 in 2.5 now, as opposed to 1 in 8000 just 100 years ago, just as the industrial system dominates the world and the food system dramatically changes and worsens?
2) Why do indigenous tribes get almost no diseases/ailments?
3) Why do cuts heal on your outer body yet you contract diseases and they don't seem to reverse?
>>
>>27928577
>Nope, evil has always been more powerful than good

Well, the rain falls upon the wicked as well as the righteous.

Father God and Mother Nature care little for "good" and "evil" in anything but the natural sense of those words. What Nature has blessed is good in the eyes of God, even though the laws of man may very well brand them wicked.

Those who participate in the normal course of things are the real sons of God. Everyone else, regardless of whether they are cruel are kind, belong to the Devil.

However, God is still merciful, after all. There are very few men who are completely alienated from his plan. And for those who are, well, there will always be a place at Hell's banquet table. Not because Hell is expansive and catches most, but simply because there are so few men who fall into it.

Damnation is horrible because it is so rare.

You better fucking answer me. Let's see how "clever" you really are, old man.
>>
>>27928988
>Why is the killing an innocent child not evil though? I've never understood that

Well, I consider it evil. You consider it evil. The vast majority of people consider it evil. It is evil in the moral sense of evil.

God is not moral, nor is his consort Nature. I can't help but remember that often-cited verse in Psalms about the joy derived from smashing infants of the enemy upon rocks. A man can be wicked in the eyes of his fellow man, but if a man is favored by Nature, he will be loved by Father God regardless.
>>
>>27928988
Good and evil are human concepts which differ from person to person and in a person depending on time and situation.

Of course, I'm not saying killing a child is not evil. But good and evil are different in the eyes of god, and death from that viewpoint isn't such a bad thing.

The point is, according to believers, everything is a part of a greater plan, a divine orchestra that exists on the higher planes of existence and guides our actions and events in invisibly connected ways.

Mind you, I don't believe in a god as a singular being nor do I believe that there is anything after our deaths.
However, I do believe that there is more to life than meets the eye.
Someone's actions, life and death don't end once they're finished, they ripple out and pull the strings of our existence into change.
>>
>>27929069
Makes sense. But surely god doesn't approve of smashing infants upon rocks, even if he still loves you? Guess it's kinda like a mothers love where you do stupid dangerous shit she doesn't approve of but she still loves you. Hmmm

I'm almost exactly in the same boat as you, my man, except for the anemic part. Everything else--asymmetrical face, droopy eyes, fat cheeks, everything is the same. At this point, the only thing keeping me going is spite. I don't want to give the fucking normies I grew up with--the ones partially responsible for the mess I'm in--the satisfaction of learning I've killed myself. It would be the ultimate slap in the face for them to use my death as a pity party for themselves, for them to pretend to have cared about me just to whore my death out for Facebook likes. Fuck that. Peelple are fucking cruel, and they're cruel for no reason. It still baffles me. They bully and laugh at others for no reason, just to get a few laughs. Meanwhile they've completely shattered that person's self-esteem and fucked them up forever. It's just cruel, and it doesn't stop when they "mature."

>But surely god doesn't approve of smashing infants upon rocks, even if he still loves you?

Bear in mind that when I use the term "God" I'm using it in a different sense than most of the religious would. My "God" is not theirs, even though they worship my notion of "God" unwittingly ever time they bow to Nature and her dictates.

The man who smashes the infant of the enemy on the rock is doing so in honor of Nature's most brutal laws. The seed of the enemy is stomped out so his may thrive. The Christian God may very well prohibit such an action, but this God is merely a shadow. The true God blesses all those who are able to conform to Nature's Way, for he loves his consort and all those who are aligned with her, even though man and his rules may condemn them.
>>

According to the Bible's lore, Lucifer realized that God was being an overbearing asstard by forcing Adam and Eve to be mindless robots, so he tested his theory by tempting Eve with the apple. Eve was like "shit, God told me not to munch on this dank apple, but I fucking hate being a drone, gimme dat Red Delicious senpai" and thus all of humanity was granted free will due to Lucifer's plan. God was like "wew lad, you dun goofed now, I'm ripping your wings off and damning you to purgatory you fruit-giving fruitcake." And that, my children, concludes my historically accurate retelling of Lucifer's decent from angel to devil.

Lucifer is like Dexter, he punishes those who commit mortal sins. However keep in mind he's basically forced to do so by God. Lucifer genuinely did nothing wrong, I'm not even joking when I say that. Yes, he indirectly created evil by giving humanity free will, but the alternative (being mindless robots who could only follow the commandments) was clearly making Eve extremely unhappy, to the point where she even directly disobeyed God (which comes with severe consequences as everyone knows.)

And here's the fun part. Lucifer was an angel. Angels are pure of heart, they can only act for the moral good, they cannot commit sins. Lucifer genuinely believed he was helping humanity by proving that God was wrong. God couldn't accept he was wrong because he's an arrogant prick. Fuck God, he's a little bitch compared to Zeus and Odin anyway.
>>
>>27929518
>Sounds like bullshit to me. Killing infants couldn't be prohibited by God, since it's the work of the devil

Bear in mind that when I use the term "God" that I'm using it in a different sense than most Christians may use it.

For example, the Christian God holds virginity in high esteem. An involuntary virgin in this system in a sense is blessed because he is capable of achieving this grace-laden state without having to deal with the perils of temptation. He is good, in the sexual sense, by default. His involuntary chastity is proof that God has blessed him.

"God" in the sense I use it despises the involuntary virgin, because said virgin is alienated from Nature. He blasphemes its beauties by merely existing.

Using myth as a way of discussing ideas can be useful precisely because it appeals to archetypes people are already familiar with. By challenging their relationship to those archetypes, you can provide people to think in different ways. Look at our gods in a different fashion and our prayers, as well our ideas, have at an opportunity to change.

The paradox is that man's exodus from paradise can be compared to your coming of age, a loss of innocence as you grow and form your ego and will and spend the rest of your life wanting to return to the blissful ignorance of childhood yet relishing your own unique coherent view of the world.

We spend our time in paradise as ignorant to our selves as to our happiness, and only once we are exiled can we appreciate the purity of that lapse in time when magic existed.
The only paradise is a paradise lost.
>>
>>27930023
Yes, but fucking someone isn't harming anyone. Which is why I don't believe that part of Christianity to be truth.

Smashing a baby on a rock though is extremely distressing to any person who isn't mentally ill, and would cause great harm to the parents, as well as to the baby before it dies.

It's senseless violence driven through ignorance that we're not all "one". I'm sure if a person could, they'd never smash themselves against a rock (unless they were suicidal of course), so it's purely ignorance of matters. God doesn't like ignorance. Ignorance is turning away from God

Absolutely, that's an excellent interpretation that countless people miss. Would humanity be better off as blissfully ignorant children, completely innocent and morally good? Or as freewilled adults, at the expense of all the violence and murder accosted to that? Glad someone understood the point of the fable, I was expecting people to just call me a troll despite everything I said (although obviously paraphrased in my own flavor of speech) was actual Bible lore.
>>27930024
Alright, that was mostly a joke, but I really do think that God was wrong, especially in punishing Lucifer to be a torturer for all eternity. Ripping off an angel's wings and condemning him to eternal purgatory for doing what he genuinely believed was the right thing to do is fucking awful in my opinion, but very few people think about it that way.

The Will to Power. I had the courage to discard all external morality, all notions of right and wrong and step off into the existential Abyss. Then I built my wings as I fell. I constructed my own, internalized morality and then lived up to it. A person who is fighting for what he knows for an absolute certainty is right will not be stopped by anything short of death.

Most things doctors say are permanent or incurable are just the opposite of that. You say it's permanent, well how do you fucking know? Did a doctor tell you? Did you know doctors are FUNDED AND TRAINED by the pharmaceutical industry which doesn't focus on cures, but on masking symptoms. All users of pharmaceutical medicines are simply customers who line the pockets of ruthless evil bastards.

>>
>>27930299
>Do you even know what god is capable of?
Absolutely, how many people does he murder in the Bible? Do you remember how many? Also, while Lucifer was an angel, how many people did he murder? (Hint: zero.) I don't care if God is perfect, I disagree with his choices and back up Lucifer completely, as much as a massive edgelord that makes me sound like. But that's the entire point of the fable, both God and Lucifer were right in their own ways (at least arguably.)
>>
>>27930187
The paradise in which we remain blissfully ignorant children is only possible within the absence of time.

To live in a time-based existence is to grow old, to grow old is to be worn by experience. That is the only physical universe that we exist in, all that we are is based on time.

And so good and evil are inevitable in this universe and darkness will always plague the hearts of men, but as we die and go into a timeless existence once again can we become pure.
In that sense, the concept of heaven and hell was inevitable.
>>
>>27930282
All harm to others is caused by misunderstanding. Misunderstanding is a form of ignorance, whether its wilful or not. Why do you think people argue? They both think they're right, but they can't both be right. It's simple: they don't fully understand each other. But they CAN understand each other if they're willing to listen and understand.

And misunderstanding is almost always caused by the ego. The ego by itself is the turning away from love, from God.

Nobody would hurt each other without the ego, because love is all that would remain. And love doesn't hurt. And it certainly isn't ignorance.

>Nobody would hurt each other without the ego, because love is all that would remain

Nature is rife with violence. To breathe is to bleed. Competition, struggle, and all of the rest of it are characteristic of our Father God's creation. Simply look around and appreciate the grandeur of the vicious world he has made for us.

Finding ourselves in his thorn-choked Garden, we have worked to survive within it. We broker truces with our fellow man, we write laws and seek to enforce them. We were the ones who inscribed the commandments into our tablets. But those tablets are nothing more than our words, carved into the blank and senseless rock created boy Father God.

Those words may be lofty and we, as men, may consider them good. Never forget, however, how easily those tablets were smashed. The wrath of Moses was far more real than his law.

wow I'm not the guy you're talking to, but you seem to be completely retarded. If a doctor says something is permanent like having damage to the optic nerve, it is. Nerves are not magic things which heal because of what you eat, if they are fucked, they're fucked man, have you ever heard of a quadriplegic managing to stand thanks to some wonderful diet ? Considering the tetraplegia was caused by some damage to the spine, of course.

I'm not saying I know everything, but most the body can repair itself. As far as I know, nerves repair themselves too. Though they CAN be irreparably damaged, it doesn't always mean they are.

>>27930830
Yes. I've read a lot of information on this, and two books I'd highly recommend are (in this order): "Trick and Treat - How healthy eating is making us ill" by Groves, and "We Want To Live - The Primal Diet" by Vonderplanetz. I say in that order because the latter - although better - is pretty deep and you need a better understanding before you read it.

Note that 2-3 years ago if someone told me what I'm telling you, I was also very sceptical. But now I know the truth.

I also have dozens of links to websites on health/diet that you'll seldom hear about within the mainstream if you'd like those links. But again, it's about connecting the dots. For example, you, as an uninformed person wouldn't care about choosing the best raw dairy products fostered away from dioxins because firstly you're told mix opinions on raw dairy, secondly most studies on dairy are done with non-raw dairy, and thirdly you don't even know why dairy can be a very important staple in a healthy diet.

>as far as i know
which isn't much. you seem to think doctors and pharma companies give a shit about each other. the customer for a drug is the hospital. and a cure would make far more money than a shitty "mask" of symptoms. i know the average age on r9k is perpetually like 15 so this conversation will never stop here, but why do you get so emotional over this shit?

nerves don't really repair themselves at all. if you care to explain the molecular process for how this could even be possible, go ahead and try it. you'd be a fucking billionaire overnight and the most protected man in the world.

>>
>>27931256
Nerves can be reconstituted, much like almost anything else in the body, as long as the balance of useful food outweighs the body's demand for resources. A broken leg can heal itself, but obviously if you snap the whole fucking thing off it's not going to (see: irreparable damage). It depends how badly the nerve is damaged.

>you seem to think doctors and pharma companies give a shit about each other
Well, since all medical treatments are designed and funded by the pharmaceutical industry, and that the industry gives doctors bonuses whenever they prescribe these "treatments" or "medicine", I think we can say they care quite a fucking lot about each other.

>and a cure would make far more money than a shitty "mask" of symptoms
You're a fucking gullible idiot. If a cure is something from nature that can't be patented, everyone would get cured and no money would be made. If you can keep people long-term reliant on a synthetic drug produced by a company that monopolises the whole industry, then a number of people are going to get very rich - and they are. Statins alone are a multi-billion dollar industry.

Let's see what Dr. Richard Horton, the current editor-in-chief of the Lancet - considered to be one of the most well respected peer-reviewed medical journals in the world - says about these matters:

>"The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness."

>"It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine"
>>
>>27928886
1. since you're a mindless drone who loves conspiracies, this one is as simple as "cancer research/treatment companies want more funding and nobody actually gets cancer that often, it's a false statistic." but the reality is that people live longer and put more stress on their body, and we have much better ways of detecting cancer vs waiting for "death of natural causes" in the past. cancer is not an obvious thing at all in most cases.

2. because they have superpowers XD

3. a superficial cut "heals" but a large gash doesn't. explain that one, doctor. also you can't compare physical trauma to pathogenic or autoimmune mechanisms of disease.

>>27931428
>all funded by the industry
nice dude don't even try any more. you have a grand total of 0 experience here.
>something from nature
plenty of companies patent natural/alternative drugs and treatments and make money on it. the assumption that there's a cure is where it falls apart.
>>
>>27931509
What is your argument? I work on clinical research and know as much as anyone that there's very little reliable information. but dismissing hundreds of years of research altogether because you would rather believe in a conspiracy or a magical cure is silly. there's a case by case basis for illnesses and what a doctor says, but you can't just make some bullshit up to fill in the gaps.
>>
>>27931574
it can't be an analogy if you don't get why you're using it. by your logic a cut would not heal itself either if you eat food that wasn't suggested by a scam artist.
>>
>>27931574
still untrue because >>27931523 is right
>you can't compare physical trauma to pathogenic or autoimmune mechanisms of disease.
That's just not the same thing
Analogies don't work with everything, diseases and wounds are part of different mechanisms and aren't comparable at all
>>
>>27931444
I mentioned the "cut" example to be used as an analogy. Since you asked so nicely, I'll explain:

If you cut your finger, the body will heal it. If you rub dirt into the wound on a daily basis, the body will constantly try to heal it, but fail. This is analogous to ailments and diseases: if you get a disease, the body will heal it. If you keep eating processed nutritionally-dead food (rubbing dirt into the wound), the body will constantly try to heal it, but fail.

>>27931585
My point is that the pharma industry publishes lies and misinformation and uses brutal tactics to get their dangerous products out there as quickly as possible and sold as much as possible since they want people reliant on their "medicines" long-term so they have a nice steady flow of cash coming in.

The leading causes of death today were almost non-existent 100 years ago. As I said earlier, "COINCIDENTALLY", 100 years ago the industrial revolution started (highly toxic environment) and food started to become more and more processed and denatured. Just look at what's on fucking offer. Everything is heated beyond nutritional use, everything has artificial preservatives, colouring, flavouring, GMO's and sugar in it, fat - the most important macronutrient there is - is outlawed.

But hey, we'll just keep investing into cancer research for another 50 years, we'll get the cure eventually! It's just that one little thing we need to find!
>>
>>27931630
A cut will heal itself on a bad diet because the body prioritises its healing mechanism. Open wounds can easily get infected which can kill you, so the body will assign it a big priority and ensure any resources available will go to healing it, rather than healing something like cancer, which requires a lot more resources but also does not lead to potential immediate death

>>27931645
Diseases and wounds are both part of the body. The body has a healing system that works systematically based on the priority of the damage and the quality of resources you provide it (i.e. nutrition)
>>
>>27931719
>industrial revolution started in 1916
bravo, you're going to get an award for being so stupid.

>denatured
nutrients in this context are amino acids and other compounds that do not break down with cooking, retard. your own body denatures the proteins. there is an argument for a handful of beneficial protein supplements, but they won't cure your mental dysfunction and love for counter-culture.

>cure for cancer
this is a pop-sci phrase that has absolutely no meaning to a physician or researcher. it's like saying that someone just found happiness with no other context.

i don't get your point about GMOs but there's nothing special about them as food.
>>
>>27931630
>>27931645

This better summarises what I'm saying:

>Your body has a system of priorities that determine where your nutritional intake and metabolic reserve are to be used. As we saw in the example of scurvy above, the body will tear down tissue to meet its immediate nutrient needs when the metabolic reserve has been depleted. One reason why the body is seemingly able to handle nutritional abuse so well is that it is able to shuffle substances around. This allows the body to keep the most vital organs functioning at the expense of the less important ones. This is governed by your body's priority system. Less important tissues might include your teeth, or your joints. You may experience problems in Important Organs - these areas as your body "borrows" needed nutrients to keep more important organs, such as your brain, your heart, and your lungs, functioning properly. Various peripheral symptoms indicate this process is occurring.

>Degenerative, non-infectious diseases have been increasing rapidly throughout this century, because our bodies are not being supplied with enough of the nutrients they require. An arthritic joint isn't as life threatening as an unreliably functioning heart, and so people may develop arthritis as their bodies assign priorities to the nutrients that are in short supply. This is why heart disease responds so spectacularly to proper nutritional programs. The body assigns very high priority to cardiovascular functioning, and so as soon as you begin supplying proper nutrients to the body, they are used where they are most critically needed, and the heart problem is repaired very quickly.

Alright, some 150 years ago was when the big transition was fully in place, asshat

>nutrients in this context are amino acids and other compounds that do not break down with cooking
I wasn't just talking about macronutrients you stupid fuck. Micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and live enzymes are damaged and destroyed by heat, and are even largely removed via modern processing methods

>this is a pop-sci phrase that has absolutely no meaning to a physician or researcher. it's like saying that someone just found happiness with no other context.

This is a pop-"scientist" phrase that has absolutely no meaning to someone who has common sense and understands the intelligence of human biology. It's like saying that the body is designed to break down.
>>
>>27931992
>Diseases can be caused by bacteria or viruses and they are not part of the body

That's a big old fucking perpetuated myth that doesn't have a shred of evidence. Diseases are mainly the body's response to a lack of resources, such as nutrients and oxygen, as well as the effects of stored toxins within the body, and how they further slow the body's natural detoxification process.

Cells don't mutate randomly. They mutate for the same reasons as above.
>>
>>27931888
No it doesn't. You were saying that if you eat poorly (which to you means eating anything in supermarkets), you don't "reverse" the damage from illness. It contradicts your own argument that skin does repair itself.

That word salad you just posted is just a convoluted way of saying your body absorbs nutrients as needed. There are many ways the heart can fail.

>>27932014

go into any animal lab on earth and they will show you how to mutate cells spontaneously.
>>
>>27931992
Louis Pasteur who created the "germ theory" revealed the truth on his death bed. His dying words were: "pathogens are not the problem. the environment in which and on which pathogens feed is the problem of disease", meaning the quality of our air, food and substances we come in contact with are what's responsible
>>
>>27932131
which is why there are quality management systems that track the environmental conditions in a food processing/packaging facility. if there's an outbreak you don't just say "nah pathogens aren't the problem just keep eating this shit :)" though.
>>
>>27932088
>You were saying that if you eat poorly (which to you means eating anything in supermarkets), you don't "reverse" the damage from illness
I'm talking about diseases which are contracted over a long period of time. The body slowly falls into a diseased state as the parts in the body at the lowest priority fail to get nutritional needs met. Wounds are high priority, cancer is the opposite.

>>27932110
Human bodies don't function as animal labs
>>
>>27932217
I guess that's why they spray carcinogenic chemicals on our fruit and vegetables, sell us animal products laced with growth hormone and antibiotics, why the air is polluted and why nearly every product around you is constantly poisoning your body.

Outbreaks are only attended to if it causes immediate panic. The government needs its sheeple to feel safe to some extent.

a tumor needs resources to grow. if you meant the mutation of a cell's DNA, your body doesn't detect that outside of the cell so what are you talking about?

>disease is about nutrition

>>
>>27932304
>meds work
Hahahaha, good joke. Also, what is animal testing.

>>27932346
I never said cancer doesn't get resources. The body doesn't just abandon a part of itself because it's damaging the body.

>well maybe, but you're about 2000 years late with this argument. if you go to a hospital and feed a bunch of dying men raw milk it won't do anything. people have developed more complex understandings of disease.
Maybe if you used your fucking head you'd realise that diseases were very rare just 100 years ago, and that indigenous tribes TODAY that eat a primal diet have little or no diseases at all. Cancer alone has increased 4000-fold in just that time frame. Of course disease is complex, it's part of the fucking human body which is extremely complex. But why take a complex system into your own hands when your body already has the workings to effectively deal with it on its own?

>go outside and get sunburned. there, you randomly mutated your cells. or do you think heat killed them because you're a fucking moron?
Fuck are you talking about?

>how boring can you be?
There we go. College-kid-aged mindset.
>>
>>27932506
>Explain how do you think bacteria and viruses affect the human organism

>First we must consider the facts known to evaluate medicine's viral theory. Science has proved that virus are not alive, that they are predominantly protein but that they contain organic DNA. Science has proved that virus increase only in the presence of live cells, and that they cause certain cells, and/or parts of cells to dissolve. What is believed and taken as fact but not proved, is that viruses are nondiscriminatingly destructive "things" that self-replicate. That is like saying that laundry soap, because it is found in homes inhabited by humans, self-replicates. Those assumption and conclusion are shallow and ludicrous. Medical science operates from fear, and it attacks the body. All medical procedures for treating disease are written by pharmaceutical-related individuals and groups. That is a severe conflict of interest. Self-produced health or medication-dependent profit, which do you think that they want?

>A rational and logical conclusion would be that virus are solvents (cleansers) manufactured by individual cells to dissolve degenerative tissue (disease) caused by accumulated waste and industrial toxins, including medicines. Virus contain DNA because cells have used substances within themselves to synthesize virus; DNA is a part of that. When the cleansing and healing processes cease, cells stop producing large amounts of virus. Normally, healthier bodies symbiotically utilize bacteria and parasites to cleanse themselves of cellular degenerative tissue and organic waste. They are the bodies preferred janitors. Bacteria and parasites consume the degenerative tissue and organic waste and reduce it to a tiny fraction of the original mass eaten. They can consume 100 times their weight and reduce it to 1-percent excretion. When eating a healthy raw diet, our bodies easily secrete and/or excrete the 1-percent excretions from bacteria and parasites.
>>
>>27932543
>what is animal testing
Yeah, but you said that "human bodies don't function as animal labs"
So human meds are tested on animals but testing cells mutation in animal labs isn't relevant to human bodies ?
It sounds dumb
>>
>>27932694
Cells operate differently in a living system than they do in a petridish
>>
>>27932647
A virus is a small infectious agent that replicates only inside the living cells of other organisms. Viruses can infect all types of life forms, from animals and plants to microorganisms, including bacteria and archaea.

While not inside an infected cell or in the process of infecting a cell, viruses exist in the form of independent particles. These viral particles, also known as virions, consist of two or three parts: (i) the genetic material made from either DNA or RNA, long molecules that carry genetic information; (ii) a protein coat, called the capsid, which surrounds and protects the genetic material; and in some cases (iii) an envelope of lipids that surrounds the protein coat when they are outside a cell. The shapes of these virus particles range from simple helical and icosahedral forms for some virus species to more complex structures for others. Most virus species have virions that are too small to be seen with an optical microscope. The average virion is about one one-hundredth the size of the average bacterium.

Hey bro, I stutter too, or at least I did badly for a long time.

It's changeable but it's really hard.

2 ways to get at it:

1. outer game: normie speech therapy. a bunch of bullshit-sounding speech exercises to practice speaking deliberately and calmly, for hundreds of hours, until it becomes automatic.

2. inner game: read John Harrison's stuff about stuttering being about blocked self-expression. You don't hate that you stutter; you hate that it feels wrong to be real.

A fun exercise: get on Yelp. find a random business with a phone number. cold-call them to ask them how late they are open. work up to asking bullshit questions about their products.

Hard mode: videotape yourself doing this. Watch the video. Practice whatever you want to change. Repeat.

How old are you? 20? I spent a long time looking for a meaning to life but I can't find any. My plan is to do the "wise thing" as I see it and accept that there's no guaranteed payoff, but doing the "wise thing" is the best I can do.
