Make a folder with a name matching those binaries. Then right click the folder and change the icon to the same icon the binaries use. Then put all your porn in it. Highlight them all and select hidden and read only. Then uncheck the box that says index this file for faster searching. Now they won't show up if someone runs a search for .jpg or .png, gif, webm, whatever. Done. You could even go the extra mile and get a program for encrypting or password protecting the folder but that isn't really necessary.
