I picture beating the shit out of people I'm talking to and it makes me feel in control and gives off an air of aggression normies respect
it probably takes going to a doctor to get some crutch (pills)
I started working again and I'm able to get myself to do some stuff like go into the gas station or into a store, but the things I really need to do are still extremely intimidating.
I haven't done it but it seems like the logical answer is getting to a psychiatrist ASAP.

>1. Tips
Drink lots of alcohol. It worked for me.

I've been considering drinking a measured amount before going outside
I've tried clonazepam and diazepam and while they help a little they're both pretty shit. Two glasses of $9 wine (which is relatively expensive for shit wine when compared to the US) ironically does so much more for my inhibition and anxiety than the aforementioned pills which probably cost at least $10 - $20 each unsubsidised.
I just have a fear of people catching me drunk in public though, and my psychologist advised against it (didn't get a chance to ask why though). Also always end up feeling ashamed after sobering up regardless of whether I've spoken to anyone or not, which creates a bit of a vicious cycle.

Next time I have the privilege of seeing my useless psychiatrist I'll ask him why he even exists when cheap wine does a better job of fixing anxiety, depression (alcohol causes euphoria in lower amounts) and social inhibition than any antidepressant or benzo I've been prescribed so far.
