Another night telling myself i wont stay up late...
6:48 AM....
Tell my self every day ill wake up early...
wake up at 4 PM ....
rinse & repeat
If you really want it, you can force yourself into sleeping.
1) don't sleep the whole night, you'll probably be tired in the next afternoon
2) take sleeping pills. This one might be harder, because those without prescription don't work. But if you know someone who has prescribed pills, use them for a few nights.
Then, to keep the effect. every night you have to turn your computer off and go to bed around midnight, no excuses. You'll probably still have trouble falling asleep, so you should engage in physical activities during the day. This will make it a lot easier.

none of that boilerplate sleep hygiene pamphlet advice ever works for me. I sleep better when I DON'T exercise, being physically exhausted makes me unable to fall asleep
just get drunk as fuck, early as fuck
that's what I do whenever I need to fix my sleep schedule

It won't happen overnight. Not long ago, I was staying up until 4, 5, 6 am. It changed in about a week. I also deleted video games, so I don't play for hours every night.
>being physically exhausted makes me unable to fall asleep
Yeah, exercices make you feel vigorous and it's normal that you have more energy. It's because of dopamine, endorphines and all that stuff. That's why I find it stupid to exercise right before bedtime. I usually finish my training 3-4 hours before I go to sleep, and on these days I sleep like a baby.

And after the night of poor-quality sleep you wake up hungover and hug your toilet for 3 hours. NOUnless you're an alcoholic

Same. Kinda fixed my sleeping schedule two days ago but fell asleep earlier than I should and it got fucked up again. Gotta keep trying I guess.

Sounds like a plan to me.
