In canada, my boss (the franchisee owner of my subway) confirmed that I DO NOT get paid past eleven. So if I'm working a 5-11, that's the only I'm making that day, 6 hours, no more, no less.
And after 4 years of subway, you start to care less. God knows that for good regulars, I make the goddamned best subs you have never seen. Perfect tomato slices, orderly cucumbers, extra sauce, extra free cheese, extra meats, extra fucking everything for free, maybe a free drink too.
