Also don't safespot bosses because it'll end up being a sort of developmental issue as you play the game and you'll be too afraid to take more serious risks later on where deaths can actually hurt your cash stack (midgame.) Keep on slayer and quests, they're good at getting you to a lot of content quickly. Start farming now as well, or you'll regret it later. Dailyscape sucks but look into Caches and Sinkholes, they're unparalleled in their usefulness in leveling up skills that are awful to do alone (Dungeoneering and Divination)

Fuck games that have open-world PVP. That shit gets obnoxious when you have to deal with some shithead and waste an hour of your time. That's why I stopped playing MMO's last decade.

It's pretty bad, in retail Vanilla the server cap was 2500 and even that could feel a little crowded at times. With this Nos server everywhere you go is packed like a syrian life raft and the world feels rather small. Also endgame vanilla is way more time consuming than all the later expansions if you ever want to get anywhere

I play FFXIV. It's not so bad. Skill level is fairly low on my server, so its easy to get praise just for knowing how to play your class. The mentor system they introduced is annoying though. People that take up the "mentor" role come off as smug.

They have no donations or anything, you can't buy gear or vanity items. The server is run like a museum to look back at the good ol' days. No one really knows how's the server is staying afloat since obviously no one is going to work 8hrs a day "just for fun" and yet the server is very well coded and new features are being developed every month. They plan on introducing "phasing technology, like the one you see on retail, but developed from scratch. Also they will open up TBC PTR realm on 6th of march. Some people actually speculate that it's some kind of french millionare who's hosting the server.

Did PoE do anything about bots yet? I used to bot that game but would play normally if there aren't bots.
Also I spent a lot of money on TalonRO. Tried Vanilla WoE and it was atrocious. Regret trying to get SQIs now.
Buy every xpac of WoW even though I don't really like the game. 20 minutes wait between arena or BG matches, what other game makes you wait that long to play?

I used to grind D2 hardcore classic. I realize now that there's no point to hardcore if it doesn't change the way you play. Played like it was softcore and lost everything multiple times.
