How much weight did you lose?
I was 5 pounds shy of 300 August 2014 when I decided enough was enough. Right now I maintain at 135 and have done so for the past 10 months now, but tonight I had a serious slip up and ate too much and am now over 140. Now I have to cut through exercise and abstaining from serious caloric intake.
It's okay to make mistakes. The road of weight loss is filled with them. I made so many mistakes it's still a shock that I have made it to my goal. So settle down with beating yourself up over this one and focus on tomorrow.

Try Soylent or MANA
And never look back family, never feel hungry again

Honestly, I lost like 10 pounds in the past 3 weeks and am down to around 210 since I went off my anti-psychotics. My goal is 170-180 because I'm 6'1" and I want to be at least in a healthy BMI. But when I eat as much as I did on my meds, I end up feeling sick until I either force puke or it just comes up.

I would but I'm afraid I'll end up having too much at a time. Is there a chocolate flavor?
So? That's one meal. Makes no difference.
>force puke
what a waste of jedi powers

Actually it was 9 servings in one tray of it.
Abstain from food for 36-48 hours

I chortled.

I laughed at this too, but I know that feel.
>tfw i weigh 192 KILOS
Never should have become like this, ive begun a diet of 1100 calories a day and swim an hour a day, not sure if i should try weight lifting or not, any advise?

Focus on caloric restrictions before you start working out.
I found during my weight loss >>26643179 that it gave me a sense of entitlement to eat whatever I wanted because I was working out.
Once you get your food intake under control and your weight to a manageable level, then start working out. Good luck.

If you're actually swimming for an hour a day, you should go for more than just 1100 calories a day desu
>>26643459
What intake would you suggest?
>>26643060
No, just watch what you eat tomorrow and get right back on the wagon.
I'm doing this pham, but also trying to add in PSMF, and are also doing mk677. I might cut it though because they hunger is too strong, but my skin and hair look so good.
