I think you might be right because before I started fapping I could easily remember people faces and stuff like that and about year later of fapping I have noticed that I have a problem remembering people faces even thought I was pretty good at this before. I mean I have met or seen some of the people more than 3 times and still somehow it was hard to remember their faces. This fapping and porn is really fucking up my mind, but it is really hard to stop it. The longest I got with no fap was 21 days.
