What are your reasons for doing so?

My sleep is ina +4 hour sleep cycle. Each day I fall asleep four hours later than usual, sometimes I stay up for 24 hours due to misery.

The reason it's fucked up is due to clinical depression lasting a few years, I'm just regular depressed but the fucked up sleep cycle stuck with me. My body has no internal clock and my sleeping has been like this for ten years now.

>mfw people tell me they have insomnia but are able to fall asleep fast and easy, just have been up one or two nights till 1 am or some shit

It takes me two to four hours to fall asleep, I get so incredibly tired, my eyes hurt, body is weak, yet my mind refuses to let me sleep, it's like I'm incapable of it, I just lay awake, no bad thoughts, no anxiety, absolutely nothing. As if being aware that I'm awake keeps me awake.

I fall asleep between midnight and 3am
Wake up around 8 or 9 am depending on how late I stayed up.
>>
Go to bed at around midnight, wake up at around 5-6pm

Occasionally I end up sleeping for 24 hours and wake up feeling like death

It depends, sometimes i stay awake for 24 hours, sometimes i only stay awake for 4-5 hours, but I always end up sleeping for around 15-16 hours

i'm in the same chair it's cause of pain laying down though I can't find any damn rest and peace. Alcohol helps me fall asleep faster downside is I wake up earlier I'm happy those days I can find 7 hours of sleep.
