In early March, his Grandmother on his Dad's side died. I met her once, really sweet Spanish lady who made food for us all the time. Anyways, she dies and he takes it hard. I've deduced that for the past few weeks, he's gotten absolutely wasted and probably put the gun to his head a few times.
So yeah, he's unstable and I don't need that in my new house. He can off himself once I'm gone for all I care, I really don't want to worry about cleaning up the mess
