It's almost 90% moving resonance from the chest cavity into the nasal cavity, there's a few things to help with this but it's hard to go into depth on. Try looking up guides on voice feminization or something for that. Don't focus on upping your pitch and absolutely do not use falsetto. Practice bringing the pitch up slowly once you've worked on the resonance thing, using a song or something to sing along to can help. I practiced for a few days before going fulltime as female and then just kept improving it as much as I could. I never had a deep voice to begin with as I never went through puberty fully before starting HRT
