At my pace, including scrambling and backtracking, The hiking itself took around 100 hours. Thats about 4 hours per day, though I would sometime spend days chilling by the tent looking out over the landscape of where I was in order to rest.
On those days, I either read a book, or did drugs. sometimes both. The wilderness is amazing on psychedelics. Weed helps for sitting out a rainstorm or going for a short walk, and alcohol passes the time better. Also, when I was 16 I was developing minor alcoholism so I took a lot with me to be safe.

None, really. But back at elementary school one of the teachers bit some kid's ear off. That was pretty fucked. My parents didn't tell me any of the juicy details. Apparently it happened after school hours. The kid was in my class so, he was around 8. The guy who bit him wasn't our teacher, I really don't know how that situation came about. He got arrested and the kid never came back to the school. The school ended up giving his family a lot of money, and some more teachers got fired afterwards.
I don't remember the kid anymore, but I remember the teacher. Short guy, bald, always a bit red in the face. Looked pretty nuts in hindsight.
Also, in middle school some kid got made fun of for sucking dicks in the bathroom stalls. The boys who he was sucking off were actually the ones who outed him and made fun of him first.
