I think Marked, or Ersu would make a great story.
With Marked you have a story of a human that turned against the gods, and with his immortality slowly rised to godhood thanks to the experience, and knowledge he gathered through all his life.
With Ersu you have a story of a lone wanderer that helps others on his journey, and slowly becomes the messiah of the opressed.

That's a good question, I think something similat to Civilization series but with more different stages, Lux can create some steampunk or cyberpunk machinery, Lokt can create different kinds of fortresses, the Long Man creating small cozy villages... And Amlia can create literally anything on their dimensions.
Also, Lux players would probably be the ones responsible for advancing any civilization with technology created by their knowledge.

With the massive advantage in maneuvring an Ersu disciple can easily defeat normal humans in combat. All he needs is a good long range rifle, some ammo and body armor. He can switch from different vantage points and cover and attack people from any angle or position he wants, and the enemy will only know after the shots have been fired and at least one of their own killed. If you rush him or try to advance on him he can just vaporize and travel to a different vantage point.
