Not if you're lanky or weird looking. You need to work out and have an OK body (and you need to work harder than shorter guys because you need more muscle to stretch out over a longer frame).
Some girls (5'2" and under) are just too short to ever be a considerable option.
It definitely opens the door (flirting wise) more often, but if spaghetti is exploding out of your pockets once you start trying to flirt then you're just as fucked as you would be if you were short.

I have other pics that make my face look less...awkward, but I'd have to dig them up. Kinda cringe at that hair, too - I got a decent undercut now.
Suits and dress shirts are always a problem. My arms are ridiculously long, even for my 6'8" frame...like, longer than Michael Phelps long. Whenever I wear dress shirts and button downs I cuff them up to my elbows 100% of the time, they simply don't manufacture shirts with long enough sleeves. Even on extra long shirts and jackets, I'll take them to tailors and they'll tell me that there isn't enough fabric in the cuff to properly extend them.
In terms of suits, I usually put on a more casual blazer, balance it out with a watch, and take it off as soon as its considered appropriate so people don't see dem wrists.
Someday I'll get a real custom made suit, but for now I guess I'd rather save my money. My office is pretty casual anyway.

How do you deal with the fact that your height almost statistically guarantees that you're going to die at a significantly earlier age than manlets?
As a fellow Giant (6'7) It makes me angry to no end that I'm going to die on average 20-30 years earlier just because of something I can't control. I'd rather be a manlet that gets to live than a giant that hardly gets attention from girls because I'm too tall

I used to be really fat, so I kind of went from 0-60 when I lost the weight (early college, 100ish pounds). Girls are hot-and-cold to me at first. Oftentimes there intimidated, I can tell that they're interested and I get a lot of looks, but once we start talking they're usually pretty into it. Of course, as with anyone, there will always be those who aren't interested. A lot of them. But I can tell that its somewhat easy to impress them
Some girls are just straight up scared, usually really short ones, which I took personally early on until I realized that it wasn't anything worth worrying about.
Weirdly enough I tend to attract short girls, although I've tended to date tall girls (5'8"+) for obvious reasons. Tall girls LOVE that I can make them look short, but only spunky short girls make the first move. That or gay guys. The vast, VAST majority of the time I have to make the first move, and even then I need to tread a little carefully I feel, not because I feel that I'm not attractive enough, but because I don't want to make them uncomfortable. There is surprisingly little casual flirting. Its more like, spotting a girl that I fancy, waiting to see if she's giving me that look (flirty, but also just kind of staring with a hint of awe, as opposed to cool confidence from them), speaking with them gently, getting it across that I'm not scary or weird, THEN we can flirt.
One aspect I didn't realize for too long is how physically frightening it can be in their shoes. Even if they're attracted to me, they don't know me, and I'm big enough to easily overpower pretty much anyone, save for another big, fit guy like you. I'm just a giant softie, though.

No. Getting laid is still not easy. Most women find me economically and physically repulsive (assuming they even acknowledge me as a sexual creature) and the only women fat and desperate enough to be willing to have anything to do with me at all, I find repulsive. I've never had unpaid sex with anyone I was physically attracted to and the only relationships I've had, I've had to try being more attracted to her personality because I sure as hell wasn't attracted to her body; sadly this only bred resentment from her and relationshits died as I wasn't physically attracted to her. Being tall might give you somewhat of n edge over an otherwise equally physically and economically attractive male, but it isn't and end-all be-all. Women still want a decent provider. They still want an energetic confident cocky/playful personality. They still want an ottermode body.
