It works. One meal a day somewhere in the afternoon. Calorie intake so low you WILL lose weight. Still eat a few apples throughout the day or something like that. Something healthy just to keep you from feeling too weak. It'll be enough. Your body really doesn't need much.

Me and my poor, overly flexible, underlubricated joints. I think I get around 1200-1500 calories a day. I'd eat more but honestly I'm just too lazy to go prep food. There's food in my house but fuck that - hunger pangs fade after five or ten minutes.

At least with this caloric restriction, I appear to have retained a very youthful complexion. People regularly think I'm a good 7 or 9 years younger than my age.

Then again maybe they just think I'm infantile.

I don't drink soda, I keep sugar intake low and protein intake high, yet I'm still overweight. I always end up thinking about food and binge on something. I don't understand how skeletons here can forget to eat. Even if I just ate I still feel hungry. I'm just hungry all the time.

Anything with actual bone broth my man. Stews, soups and shiz. Good sandwiches (ie meat, greens, alfalfa, coleslaw etc) are a lifesaver. Omelettes with veg and minimal meat, fishermans eggs, kombucha, tea (loose leaf), gumbos, slowcooked curries. Whatever man, just make sure you get good food and stop buying biscuits and shit. Get them as a treat every now and then, i usually have beer and chippies every three to four weeks as a gift to myself.

Try watching TV/Movie whilst cooking if available if not music is good too. However, if none of these are available it's a pretty good period to just think. As someone who thinks of themselves as an alright cook try this if you're trying to gain weight (or lose depends on serving size):

Chicken (Breast for cutting, Thighs for bulk)
Panko Bread Crumbs (enough to coat the chicken)
1 Egg
Dried Oregano
Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Broccoli florets
Rice (to add extra calories and taste make coconut rice by making half of the liquid coconut milk)

1. Beat an egg and prepare chicken by adjusting thickness using a tenderiser.
2. Pour panko crumbs, a couple shakes of dried oregano and cayenne pepper, salt and paper onto a plate and mix.
3. Coat chicken in egg wash and roll thoroughly through the panko crumb mixture.
4. Heat up a frying pan to medium-high and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
5. Steam broccoli and make your rice (could be done beforehand or days prior)
6. Add chicken to the pan and cook.

It may sound quite bland but unfortunately that's the nature of eating right, but I assure you that it's quite a good meal and as with all cooking adjust portions for more protein/carbs/fats. Adjust seasoning portions to your taste and it's a really enjoyable meal.

That's another 700-1000 k and nice protein boost
Dinner
- 200-300 g 0 fat cottage cheese
- some jam on stevia to ease the pain
- green tea
Almost zero cal, slow protein before sleep
Here you go, lazy fucks, eat this while hitting the gym and you're fit in half a year
