I don't technically have a real job myself but I do casual bar work and dj at a few places from time to time and as soon as I have to think about going to work I fucking hate myself and the fact that when I get there people are going to talk to me and like an uncontrollable reaction, I talk back, hold conversations and act like a real human but the entire time I feel like I'm on the inside, watching it happen and hating everyone and myself, I just wish I was at home, alone, undisturbed or at least able to go to work and be left alone.

it has its benefits. i had a pretty fucking huge gap in my CV after NEETing for years. applied for something like 100 jobs over the course of a few years, 95% of which never hearing a thing back before signing up with an agency.
taking employees on via agency is such low risk that they often aren't too discriminate in who they take. i took agency work, 3 months later got taken on permanently, and 9 months after that got promoted.
A lot of companies will source prospective employees through the agency route just because you actually get to know who you're dealing with, unlike perhaps taking on a class A bullshitter who has a great CV but turns out incompetent,

Because our weather is never consistent, and our houses and infrastructure isn't built for it.
Look at the British Isles on a map. We're further north than all of mainland America and Japan and they get fucking bitterly cold winters.
Warm air comes up from the gulf stream and mixes with the cold air coming down from the arctic and it makes the weather turbulent and unpredictable.
That's why we bitch about the weather non stop.
It could be the middle of summer and pissing down with rain, or it could be 100% overcast for 2 weeks straight.
If it was *consistently* cold or warm then we would have gotten used to it hundreds of years ago.
