Pumping air into your veins is anything but painless.
Mess around with hanging yourself from a doorknob, try it in different spots until you find the right spot where there's no pain and you nearly black out within 10-15 seconds.
The ol' helium method
Jump into a volcano headfirst. You will be dead 100% and it doesn't hurt that bad.

hyperventilate for 60 seconds then hold your breath and sit with a rope around your neck
hyperventilating beforehand lets you hold your breath long enough to pass out (look up a shallow water blackout)
you'll fall unconscious as your neck gets snagged, so you won't ever have the chance to back out
