Wash a different part of your body everyday. Since it has been a month, begin by your feet and genitals, those are the most important part.
If you're too lazy to use shampoo, wash your hair with just water and a comb. It will still get rid of most things.

It's not difficult because it's hard to take a shower, it's easy as pie and millions shower on a daily basis. Yet, it's impossible for him now, at that particular moment in his life.
I've had the same problem and I finally acquired the habit to get showers regularly. It's a psychological block, not a lack of will to do it. I conquered it by changing the time at which I was supposed to shower, and tricked myself with the idea of showering only partially.
Once you're in the shower and have begun, it "clicks" and you can do it entirely. Repeat every week until it's a habit, like it's for most people.
