To add to that description, I don't know if you can tell from the meme picture but the real life basis for that meme is a crossdressing guy. I don't know if he's a famous person, an amateur porn star, some random guy who was on an omegle thread, etc. though which is what I'm trying to find out because it's bothering me to have no idea every time I see this meme picture where it came from.
