If you know anything about ecology, you know that exponential growth of any kind is almost always unsustainable, and will inevitably lead to crash. America as a nation has been growing in this way for close to 300 years. As those nations grow, lineages of wealthy individuals (royalty or otherwise) begin to accumulate.
Money is the lifeblood of a nation. However, what many Trumpfags don't understand is that if money not circulating, work doesn't get done in exchange for services, goods aren't produced, ect. So when a banker, king or billionaire parks a boatload of cash in an offshore shell corporation all that potential work is reduced to useless strips of paper. Such individuals, wielding disproportionate power in comparison to the rest of the populace, will use that power to protect their assets, hence rampant government corruption ensues. That's why oligarchies are dangerous to societies.
But where I will agree with conservacucks is that a lack of sense of unified national purpose is another issue. . There is no singular vision or goal in the west anymore. We aren't interested in tackling problems like we did with The New Deal or WWII or whatever. That lack of unity and purpose breeds the nihilism that was talked about earlier, and people with no sense of purpose or belonging to the societies that they occupy will simply stop participating.
