Start veryyy lightly. Harder prodding with your entire finger can work very well, but make sure you take 10 minutes or so to build up to it with lighter tickles. Use just the very tips of your nails or fingertips, dragging slowly. Good spots are the hollows at the place where the top of the thigh meets the hip, thighs, sides of tummy, underarms, neck, feet (the back of the heel and other weird places can be very very ticklish, dont neglect the feet!), and even hands. Rope and duct tape always heightens things, but don't underestimate the appeal of using your own body to keep them restrained.
