I am 19 turning 20 soon and I'm kind of on the same case.
Right after I graduated high school I decided to come back to runescape (osrs of course) played for 9 months straight 15-20 hours a day), It was the beginning of my NEET Era. Now I decided to use my free time (all the time) to get /fit/ and pretty much self improvement physically.
I would say to cherish and take advantage of this NEET era, to learn and to invest something that would help on the long run.
Though my mind is really screwed up and maxed Autism while being a virgin and having no social circle, I have no regrets
