No. Firstly, in most cases in the Bible, 'heaven' or 'heavens' refers to something like a higher order of existence, so for example you have the quote: "The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them." which is also very often rendered "The one enthroned IN THE HEAVES..." The context makes it clear that this is referring to the supreme state of God over all temporality and the fleeting wind of our lives.
Secondly, because the idea of heaven is actually part of the 'doctrine of Hell', which is a false and malicious doctrine. There is no Hell.
Thirdly, the idea of Heaven as we know it has acquired so many connotations and assocations and false ideas around it that it's absolutely worthless (on top of what I've already mentioned). The promises of the scriptures, which are made to the elect, are a resurrection of the dead and the creation of a new universe in which all of humanity (and animals) will dwell. This requires first the full number of elect to come in, and it also requires a dissolution of the current universe which hasn't taken place yet.
