It's all about the individual. It's what puts your entire soul at ease and makes everything feel right in the world. For some it's a warm cup of tea on a cold night while wrapped in blankets with a good book or TV show and with others it's people or specific places. Some it's even certian activities like sports or exercise.

It's mostly subjective. For example, I find the winter comfy since it's dark and reminds me of warm insides while others can find it stressful since winter is a bit depressing and cold. I find empty streets comfy because the absence of others in what would usually be a noisy or busy setting is relaxing and calming to me. Sometimes people are also drawn more to the colouring than the actual image, colours like purple, blue, red, things that are light and hazy; dreamlike.

I also like empty city streets at night, and not just pictures, I used to live in the city and I would wander around past midnight because it was calming.

The cables and the disorganized nature stresses me out and ruins it. It's like laying back on a supremely comfy down couch but there's a feather poking through and stabbing you. I can't get past it.
