If you want a ton of episodes bleach, Naruto, or luffy the fag fuck pirate of one piece are good options. Make sure you watch the for kids version of one piece to see its true nature lol.
Also steins gate is good into stuff. Ghost in the shell, the new ones, the old movies, and stand alone complex are good.
Inuyuasha, Big O, and Dragon Ball Z are must see. I would also recommend some Netflix produced stuff.
I have fairly normal tier taste but the stupid pretty princess shit and autism 8 year old girl shit is awful if you're not 1000% autistic or lonely.
There are some other good ones like assassination classroom, parasite, samurai champloo.

Also Naruto is childish as fuck at the start. It gets better later on and shippuden is a huge improvement. You have to watch the entry shit to understand though.
One piece is gay as fuck. It's autism levels are off the charts. Two kinds of kids like a mime growing up. Naruto or one piece and I wouldn't want to be friends with either but if I had to pick it would be a mild Naruto fan vs a mild one piece fan. Both extreme Gan base sides are awful though. One piece is 200 episodes of a single fight.

Just finished watching all of Konosuba. As far as moe shit goes, I feel it is heavily outclassed by Kill La Kill.
My biggest complaint is that the animation itself too often looked awkward. There are many instances where the character/subject of a scene and the background looked like they were from completely different animes. The biggest offender is the destroyer scenes (pic related), where they just threw in some cheap CGI with their regular animation -- really sloppy and distractingly ugly.
It's maybe worth noting that this type of sloppy animating did remind me of old RPGs and so could have possibly been a conscious choice. But even if that is the case, it still takes way more away from the atmosphere than it added.

Based on the top of the list it looks like you slightly more story driven stuff than action Maybe try Golgo 13 of Kaiji for something a little different and slightly less entry level if you're getting bored of the sort of things you are watching. If you do end up liking Kaiji than Madhouse (the studio that made it) also adapted another gambling manga by the author of Kaiji called Akagi. It's great but it's about mahjong so many people find it hard to follow since they don't play mahjong, you can find it enjoyable even if you don't fully understand the game though.
And if you like gambling and baseball than Madhouse also made something called One Outs which is really good (and also much easier to follow since Baseball is quite straightforward).
