I have no idea what my real title is in english, but my work is basicly IT help desk combined with responsibilities about the teams functionality. I get paid way more than help desk boys do but I also work my ass off.
My typical day is starting from 8 to answer every fucking stupid question co-workers have because I (or the other guy with same title) pretty much have to sign everything that is happening unless it is someone telling someone to plug it on and off again. After we finally get everyone on their way to fix shit (or fuck it up even more) me and couple of guys answer calls and organize who is going to be going where next. Only when shit gets completly out of hand I go on field too, which is like once a month. Those are the good days in my opinion, not locked in office but doing stuff around the city.
