When I was about 8, I saw that someone I was unironically stalking was standing in their back yard just staring, doing nothing
I then proceeded to slowly climb over the wall, trying to get them to notice me, but trying to make sure they didn't at the same time, if that makes sense. I was then about 6 feet away from them and silently staring at them for approximately 6 minutes and I could almost literally smell their fear and general discomfort, since they just knew me as that little autismo creep who lives next to them at that point in time. They finally turned to look at me slightly and had this incredibly creeped out expression and I immediately attempted to climb back over the wall, but my tiny, weak baby arms could not accomplish this, so I ended up struggling and waiting there the entire time before my father came out and saw I was there and had to help me back over, all the while, the person was silently looking in the other direction, still standing in the same spot.
To this day, I still unironically stalk and obsess over people, learn everything I possibly can about them, follow them, ask about them, etc., but I now know the incredible importance of not letting them see you or even know you exist while at the same time, wishing they would be your waifu/husbando and fantasizing about a relationship with them.
TL;DR when I was way younger, I obsessed over a girl who was way older than me and had no concept of someone not liking me, so I was consistently too close to them and that lead to a moment in which I literally became the biggest sperg on the planet and I still want to die because of it.
