Stir fry. Aldi do a few good sauces, straight to wok noodles and bags of prepared veg. Cheap, quick and pretty healthy, plus a good place to start for making more interesting stuff as well once you know you aren't going to fuck up the basic shit.
Pastas as well I guess. Similarly you can get things like jars of sauce and just boil shit if you're really a total novice before learning to make stuff (even then it's simple shit, tomatoes and herbs)
