I typically am opposed to people being fired for their conduct outside of work, usually because it's guys getting fired for un-politically correct statements and such, and I can't exactly apply different standards to this situation just because it's a woman being a bitch. However, that being said, I do respect the right of an employer to fire whomever they choose under these circumstances. If I had employees, and one of them pulled a stunt like this and gained as much media attention as this woman has, I would certainly fire her simply because of the negative effect that her presence would have on my business.
