What medication do you take regularly

and what's the official medical condition for why you get it prescribed?
>>
Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride

I have chronic urticaria which is basically super itchy hives all over me 24/7. It's an incurable genetic disorder but the antihistamines keep it relatively under control. I also take Vitamin D supplements (not prescribed) as they help reduce the rash and I figure I need them anyway since I don't go outside

do you happen to know a site where I can read up on the maximal recommended doses of vitamins and minerals? I know that there are medical limits to what you should take, even of vitamins (to what degree these are accurate is another question)
