I was certified by an ordained professor of neuroscience from MENSA 3 years and 2 months ago. She told me I was more intelligent than 99% of the populace. Not Op, but that is Not true, I have been officially tested by psychiatrists multiple times throughout my childhood and my IQ Tests repeatedly showed that I scored over 130. I was placed in a GTLD (Gifted and Talented Learning Disabled) program starting in middle school.
I am not sure what I would score now though, because my last test was in 9th grade and I am now 24. In those 10 years I have had two serious concussions including one from when I was struck by a car and got a skull fracture.

Good. There's a book called Land of Lisp that's literally the best book I've read on actual CL programming.
It's a bit informal but don't let that put you off. The language has a bit of a "culture" around it just like UNIX has and this book is the only one I've read that deals with that in a pedagogical manner. It also teaches you some complex-ish data structures and algorithms that's actually fun to use in the context of the games the book shows you how to write.

iq tests don't measure how much knowledge you have aquired, rather your brains ability to process information. it's mostly puzzles and coding and stuff. the idea is that it doesn't change as you age.

OP I'd love to know what actual test(s) you did to come up with this 180 IQ figure. It's extremely unlikely that a certified professional trained in giving these tests would have actually said "You have a 180 IQ" or something similar. The only way to have a general cognitive score, which is what "IQ" is nowadays, that's even reliable is to have all subtests within a certain amount of each other. In other words, you can't get an 80 on crystallized knowledge and a 160 on memory and average out to a 120 IQ--they'll just give you the subscores.
So to get a 180 for your general intellectual ability you'd have to get pretty close to 180 in every subscore, which is just plain unbelievable except for a handful of people born every generation. With that kind of mental ability "laziness" would not be an issue because you could speed through any mental task orders of magnitude faster than anyone else and become an expert at anything almost without effort.

I don't really think I'm excessively intelligent, or even above average, but I find it impossible to have intellectual conversations with most people. Like, people are just generally not terribly intelligent. This includes my wife, though it might also have something to do with the fact that we don't have the same first language. I just can't have a conversation about anything like chemistry, physics, mathematics, the universe, spirituality, analog synthesizers or any other thing I find interesting with barely anybody. I don't really think I'm better than anybody, just that I wish average people were more interesting, or at the very least more interested in the world around them.

That test is shit. I got 147 and I didn't even try to do it as fast as I could. The patterns they want you to recognize are too basic and intuitive, making the test rely solely on time, since everyone will get every single pattern. Basically a badly designed test that is not reliable at all.
You can't get an IQ of 180.
IQ is based on a normal distribution with a standard deviation of 15. The population of the earth is large enough that there would be a few hundred people with IQs that high. But the population doesn't follow a normal distribution at that level and you certainly can't design a test to measure it. The idea of IQ breaks down.
