I don't want to bore you with all the details, but his name is Veritas Haustorne, he lives in District 2, and he is slim, with green eyes and black hair. He is a distant relative of Gale Hawthorne, as you can tell by his name (which is different because the family tree got split up in the Dark Days).
His family is one of the wealthier ones in District 2, because his father owns a bakery. He's at the top of his class at the peacekeeper academy, even though he never even really tries all that hard in school because he doesn't believe in the evil oppressive dictator ship and he doesn't want to support it.
When he is identifying as cis he doesn't go for really pretty like girly girl cheerleader types, he prefers to look past outer beauty and instead prefers girls who are intelligent witty creative artists.
