exfoliate, cleanse and hydrate breh
I use a gentle antibacterial scrub with an inexpensive exfoliating sponge. Then witch hazel and an inexpensive moisturizer with sunblock. Nothing fancy.

I wash my face with regular soap around 8-10 times a day.
That's it. I get a zip every 4 or 5 months, goes away by itself or I pop it and no scarring occurs.

Should only wash your face once a week
No matter what I've tried I get horrible, painful acne all over my body, my back, my ass, my thighs, face, shoulders, chest, and even sometimes feet. They grow for days and don't stop until I pop them, and they scar super bad.
I want to kill myself.

Yes actually. They just prescribe antibiotics and send me away. I ask for a referral to a dermatologist but they never give one.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
