I can't raise my voice or else I'll lose my voice and won't be able to speak. I am very soft spoken and people often have trouble hearing me, even on phones and computer mics, I need to put my face close to the mic or nobody will hear me. There exist women in high executive positions like VPs or CEOs in companies. For average jobs women manage to take the same positions men do, thus equally successful in that part. I do have female relatives that are engineers and in top positions. But all in all if you want to find successful women, you can do a simple google search. On average, men aren't any more successful. There is just a higher populous of men in high executive positions, but that doesn't mean women can't be successful, it means less are actually striving to get those positions, some even come stay at home parents.
