I have a case of mild ugliness, and I've learned to accept it. I can get a mate, just not that super qt you are infatuated with. Have to lower your expectations to something more realistic.
Those are both attractive people though. As composites, they have perfect facial symmetry (which is the single most important factor) and good skin, as well as appearing to have acceptable hygiene. So despite being constructed as an average, they are above-average in looks.

That's fairly subjective. By almost any definition, many people are unattractive. That's not what I said, though. I simply said that a composite will always be more attractive than the true average.
If you live in Amerifat or Australia then there is a significant minority of people who are clinically obese. It may be almost 50% in some places. Others wear facial hair poorly or have scars. Even more are unattractive mainly because they have smoked 20 years or are just doing something that makes them subjectively uglier, like tanning too much.
I am also reminded of the okcupid "rank people by sex" poll, if anyone has it. Objectively, most men may not be too unattractive. Most women as well. Subjectively, men rank women more accurately while women rank men into basically two categories ("would never bang" and "attractive").
I deal with people a lot for my work and have confirmed that 99.9% of females are "3/10 would not bang, pointy elbows"

You'll never look like the average 99.9...% of the time but you'll either be above or below average. Average doesn't exist, its a 1 dimensional line essentially on the scale.

its been shown time and time again those with an abundance of common features are considered to be almost as attractive as people with ideal features. This is because we like seeing things we are used to or something like that. So basically these are an amalgamation of very common features which instead of making these people truly average makes them 7.5/10 roughly.
