don't remember my SAT score but I got a 30 on my ACT. I got into a good colley tho because I was top of my class.
1530
desu robot
2050.
I didn't study at all too. Just winged it.
Was fairly content with that score.
wow couldn't even get a perfect 24hundo you suck anon
>>24819748
I got 1600 when I was 14
2080. comment not original.implying i will give you accurate personal information so you can use it to track me down.
>>24819819
I meant out of 1600.
You got a perfect when you were 14?
I'll know on the 22nd.
I hope I did alright, desu. A lot of people seem to think the ACT was easier
>>24819700
What are these in normal people terms, like, as a percentage?
31 on the ACT when I took it like 4 or 5 years ago.
>>24819852
that's pretty good
no, it was 2400 max system
1500 on 2400 scale. Straight As in college though.
1860
second best score in my school so relatively good t.bh though it's nothing in a high quality school
>>24819880
2170 is 97-98 percentile
2250 reporting in. I'm a NEET.
I got a 1960. I really wanted to get 2000 or above. Fuck my life.

you went to some shit school m8

1300ish but this was back in like 1997
1320/1600 first time
2240 second time
>>24820063
where did you go to have such a higher range of SAT scores? My school seemed fairly average for NW Indiana although that could be exactly the problem.
I got 1880. Got me into a mediocre school that I hate
>>24819866
>underage
>>24820063
I didn't even get into Stanford or Berkeley. I'm Asian... My struggle, it was all for nothing.;_;
>>24819727
I also took both. 2010 on SAT when I took it in 10th grade, then never did again because the only place to take it was an hour-long drive during certain days. Got a 35 on my ACT, so that's what I used mostly
i never got my scores
>>24819700
2200 but I think I could've done much better if I actually prepared
my GPA was fucking awful however so it balances out
>>24820149
don't worry mate, your persistence and ability to dedicate yourself in something will help you in pretty much everything
I heard there is an unfair university recruitment system for Asian students in the US?
Do I look like I remember? High School was almost 5 years ago.
>2200 SAT
>35 ACT
Too bad I didn't take school seriously until senior year so my GPA was utter garbage. It's a shame, I feel like I could've gotten into Cornell or some shit if I'd actually applied myself
Just gotta work with what I got now I guess
1980
>tfw so close to a 2000
1890
>just slightly better than the normies
>just a bit below the ultra-autists
Painfully average just like the rest of my life.
2250. Lots of people are impressed but it's never really helped me with anything. 99th percentile BTW.
1700
I'm stupid as fuck.
1700/2400
I went to a pretty bad high school.

school was extremely easy for me and I never really studied
then I went to college and my asshole got blown out so hard at the difficulty increase

1960 SAT
32 ACT
My high school had an academy in it that I was in that attracted all the Indians and Asians from around the district so the AP classes were artificially harder and my class rank was artifically lower which pisses me off to this day

>>24820105
Same. One of the higher scores in my highschool, which needless to say was full of morons
2110, but I had an 81 GPA so I couldn't get into anywhere good.
Laziness is the killer. If I could do it over, I would have tried in high school. All I did was smoke pot and play videogames.
>>24819727
I got a 28 first try without studying. Felt nice.
>>24821895
>muh excuses!
2300 come at me plebs
35 on the ACT, but my high school was very competitive so there were 10 other kids who did just as well
>33 ACT
>math was my lowest at 31
like, I literally didn't give a shit about anything else, I literally only fucking studied for only math, and it's the one I do the WORST in. I get a fucking 5 on AB calculus but I do shit on precalculus shit because I'm a fucking retard. I'm so ashamed of that stupid math score ugh
I forget and the score doesn't fucking matter after you're 20. All I remember is that it was good enough to get into some prestigious but not ivy league tier universities.
>>24819700
2260. But now I go to state school because I'm lazy as fuck.
>>24822138
same, except I go to state school because I'm poor and can't get financial aid

My school had an organic chemistry class and a multivariable calculus class
Someone ranked lower than 100 out of 500 went to another school in our district that's in the top ten percent of schools nationwide and went up to rank 15 in that year
29 on the Act
I literally can pick from the colleges I like due to sports
>Williams
>Amherst
>Middlebury
2300, 35 on the act
>1540 SAT
>24 ACT
How stupid am I?
2090, but only took the new version once (when they switched) and the writing score was the lowest.
Was 1490 on the reading/math, which is all the colleges looked at when I applied. Got that score in middle school (13-14), when they selected a few students to take it early. Never scored higher, which I never really understood why.
>>24822219

Yup. It's even more unfair if you're international AND Asian.
For reference, I got a 2400 and 800 on 3 subject tests in science and could only get into a mediocre state school.
Meanwhile the valedictorian of my class got into where he wanted to get into (an Ivy). That's how I ended up on this board - not that I actually want to get into a meme Ivy but I really wanted to get into one of the Institutes of Technology.
>>24819700

Pretty sad considering how much prep i put into it. I think I was burning out from the stress. I got like 2 Cs my last semester as well as the semester before thhat in my senior year. I was just done with everything.
But nope! Somehow got into uc berkeley and had to dtudy even harder :'---DDDDDDi graduated uc berkeley with a 2.5 gpa in 4 years time. I tried to kill myself in freshman year. It was not fun and I had to latch onto absurd things to make it bearable.
Kids, if you feel tired, take a break between high achool and college if possible.

im taking it a third time and i dont even think i can do it
1760 or something out of 2400. Even if I was a D/F student who never studied or did homework or did anything ever, it was still a pretty big hit on whatever pride I had left that I didn't get at least 2000.

It's been a few years, and I think if I legitimately prepare for it and take it before I decide to go back to college, I'll do better.

Your perception is a bit overblown. The workload is so much that very few undergrads have the time to pitch ideas. Gee whiz, if big tech companies won't hire an MIT grad with a 3.0, I wonder what they'd do to a state school grad with a 3.0.
The perks of being an MIT student are just far too good man. Even just being an undergrad there, assuming you aren't a complete fuckwit, means an auto admit into their grad program.
Sigh. I've totally given up at this point. Maybe it is easier here, but it sure as hell is depressing, boring and filled with fucking normies.
I think I got 1930 the first time, but got a solid 2000 the second. I was a little mad because I was still 20 points away on reading from getting a really nice scholarship at a nearby college.

>>24828792
If someone has a 3.0 as a state school grad, I'd wager they would not do so well at MIT. The level and quantity of material is often overwhelming. And while the automatic masters program admission is nice, it's just one option. It's very easy for state school grad to be on the same level as MIT grad. It seems that I can't convince you of that though. Whatever; gotta get back to studying.

Yes and employers know this. So if you think having a 3.0 at MIT is bad, try state school sometime...
I can have a 5.00/4.00 GPA and they'd still look at some MIT guy's resume first because of the way they sort resumes.
