I work as a police officer. I'm a 4th year constable with a base salary of 93k per year, not including overtime. I'm working on getting into a specialized unit like tactical for my, 5th year, where I will spend the next 5-7 years, I'm 24 years old.
I enjoy my job and find it meaningful. I'm also 2 years into major, which the force pays 50% of.
