I just finished getting over a girl who I stuffed a potentially amazing relationship with buy obsession over her and now that 3 month uni holidays have started, I don't know how to meet new people.
How do people meet other people online?
We should talk about merchandise for the site. First of all, the logo sucks. It's too generic. We need something more memorable. I think we need a new catchphrase, too. "Just add love" is good, but it doesn't sound quite yandere enough.
We should also list the Yandere map, IRC channel and maybe the dox toolkit on the site. The text in the general pastebin could go in a FAQ section, for noobs who aren't very familiar with the concept of yanderes.

I use siteground as a webhost since their servers have great caching capabilities and their interface is very nice to work with. ctrl+f is a command that lets you search for strings on a given webpage. By using ctrl+f and typing in "prokyon" without the quotes, I can see that it doesn't show up anywhere on my end, except in the two posts I responded to.
A logical reason for this is that I've either directly blocked the posts with those names in it, because the posts were made by a tripfag that I've filtered - filtering is when you prevent certain, specific posts from showing up on your end, such as blocking all posts made by a specific tripfag from being displayed - or they were made in posts replying to the posts of a tripfag I've blocked, which is known as recursive filtering. By disabling my filters, I saw that my guess was correct. I didn't see the posts because I have recursive filtering enabled, which also filters replies to tripfags who have nothing of value to contribute.

The site owner posted at least three times before the bots arrived, saying that he lamented the fact that so many girls were flooded with messages from so many guys, and was working to come up with a solution. After the bots came in, he never posted an update about it again. When it was pointed out how ridiculously easy it would be to stop the bots by either implementing email verification before accounts would finish being created, implementing email verification to allow accounts to exist but not show up in search results, manually verifying accounts, or any combination of these simple actions, the site owner was always silent.
There's a very strong chance the site owner implemented the bots himself. It both suited his goal and explains why he welcomed them with open arms.

That's the thing. Bots never replied, either, so there was nothing to take advantage of. Their only purpose was to sign up and dilute the number of females to message without having to spend more time searching through bot accounts, which most people aren't willing to do.

In the second-to-last one that I saw, he explained that the system for deleting users didn't allow a massive, grouped deletion and that he could only spare enough time to clear 40-60 profile per day, way less than the bots were creating (100+).

Not really. And a fourth thing I forgot to mention: he could've easily implemented a captcha, too. Retroactively deleting bots was never a problem because bots never logged back in after being created, so once new accounts were created or somebody else logged in afterward, it bumped that bot down one position each time. If he had just stopped new ones from being created, active users would continue logging in, and after twelve logins, the final bot to be created would've been bumped down from page one to page two in search results, and as more active users logged in and as more humans joined, that bot, along with all the others, would've just been bumped further and further back in search results.
Also, you're saying hundreds of accounts a day, and that's not true at all. That's speaking out your ass. I was probably the only person who took the time to manually block every single bot once I rejoined the site and the first couple hundred were already made. I picked a semi-random point and started blocking all the newest bots after that point. It took a long time, and if I opened too many OD tabs to click the ignore buttons on their profiles, it crashed the website on my end and prevented me from accessing it for a few minutes. I still remember that very well. Once I got through all the bots that existed on that day, after the point I chose, all I had to do was block new bots on a daily basis. On average, whenever I would log in for the first time in a day, I would have anywhere from five to ten-ish new bots to block, and never more than about fifteen. A hundred bots joining every day is absolute bullshit. Please don't lie on the internet. Also, since bots never stayed logged in, it didn't "strain the server." Registering consumes a TINY amount of bandwidth. Any layman should know that.

That conflicts with me being there not for "a few days," but "every single day for months on end during that particular session," and there were never 100 bots joining a day. Every single day I logged in, there was an average of about five to ten new profiles to block, and no more than about fifteen.
It wasn't an option for him because that would've stopped his bots from joining, and he wanted them to be able to join. What I don't get is why he didn't just limit the number of messages that guys could send per day instead of getting bots to join his site.
