Been cutting own hair for about two years now. Style is pic related. Where can I go where they won't fuck it up completely? Previously tried local barbers and always cut to much off despite explicit instructions. Don't trust em. What national chains do you guys frequent?

I find the more basic/ghetto barbershops to do a better job. Particularly the Latino ones. My stylist only charges $20 and does a better job then salons run by Stacy whores that care $40 for a basic haircut.
