(picture doesn't look as bad as it actually is) I have a lot of spots on my chin and nose. I wash my face and shower everyday, sometimes they go away for a week or two but then come back even worse. I am really pale so they are very visible and I really don't know to do about them. Anyone got any good spot treatments? Help me out, senpaitachi
How often do you change/wash your pillowcase? That's a major offender in this shit.

around once a week ish?
HYGIENE:
-Wash your pillowcases and sheets.
-Wash your flannel/washcloth.
-Don't use abrasive or exfoliating face-scrubs. Swap to a foaming or medicated scrub (some have peroxide in them, which can reduce the redness.)
-Keep your hands away from your face. Don't rest your head in your hands to hide them.
-DO. NOT. PICK. OR. POP. THEM.
This only spreads the infection to your other pores and causes scarring.
DIET:
-Reduce sugar in your diet. Sudden rises in blood sugar/insulin can cause breakouts.
-Drink significantly more water.
-Consider vitamin D supplements.
-Consider other medications
-Roaccutane for extreme, cystic acne.
-Doxycycline for smaller breakouts.
>I wash my face and shower everyday
Don't fall for this meme
>never shower or bath
>dont even have sheets on bed
>never wash anything
>face is clear
Yeah the whole wash your face shit is exactly like the "B yourself" shit.
It doesn't work.

You have shit genetics
Go for chloroprep, it's what surgeons use to kill bacteria on skin before they operate, I get my ma who works at the hospital to get me some but I think you can buy them online, it's the only thing I've used that can get rid of a spot without fail in a day

No problems.
I had cystic acne on my back and neck for years. Hope it clears up for you soon.
If you live in a warm part of the world, sun and saltwater is the best cure.
